Privacy Policy
Introduction
Aion Mail is built with privacy at its core. We only collect the information needed to run the service and nothing more. This policy explains what data we handle, how we protect it, and how long we keep it.
By using Aion Mail, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect and Store
We don't scan emails, sell data, or use information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or AI training. The only information we keep is what's required to operate Aion Mail:
- Basic account details for administration and access.
- Settings and configurations that support features like aliases, domains, forwarding, and storage.
- Temporary technical data such as IP addresses or error logs, used only for security and troubleshooting. This data is removed when no longer needed.
How Information Is Used
The data we collect is used only to:
- Provide and maintain the Aion Mail service.
- Keep features and settings working as expected.
- Protect the security and reliability of the platform.
- Meet legal obligations when required.
We never use data for marketing and never share it with third parties.
Data Security
All communications are encrypted in transit and at rest. Administrative access is limited to essential staff, and technical safeguards are reviewed regularly. Temporary data is deleted as soon as it's no longer needed.
Data Retention
Account data and settings are kept only as long as the service is active. Some records may be kept longer if required for compliance, auditing, or security. When data is no longer needed, it's securely deleted.
Third-Party Services
We don't use third-party tracking or advertising tools. If we work with external providers for hosting or support, they're bound by confidentiality agreements and may only process data as needed to deliver their part of the service.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update it here. Continued use of Aion Mail after updates means you accept the latest version.
